This was one of the first books I bought when I started learning about energy and new age "stuff" in general. After "loaning" it to a friend, I had to buy it again because even in a currently advanced state of understanding, I still go back to this book. It is well-rounded, interesting, and easy to follow. I've tried many of the methods in the book and liked them so much I often pass them along to others who could use them. I read a lot of related material, and this is one of my favorites.
